Step 1 – Begin by sketching a rectangle on your paper. This will be the base of your staircase.
Step 2 – Draw two vertical lines on the left and right side of the rectangle. These will be the sides of your staircase.
Step 3 – Draw a line connecting the top of the vertical lines to the top of the rectangle. This will be the top of your staircase.
Step 4 – Draw a line connecting the bottom of the vertical lines to the bottom of the rectangle. This will be the bottom of your staircase.
Step 5 – Draw a line connecting the top of the vertical lines to the bottom of the rectangle. This will be the middle of your staircase.
Step 6 – Draw a line connecting the top of the vertical lines to the middle of the rectangle. This will be the first step of your staircase.
Step 7 – Draw a line connecting the bottom of the vertical lines to the middle of the rectangle. This will be the second step of your staircase.
Step 8 – Draw a line connecting the top of the vertical lines to the top of the first step. This will be the third step of your staircase.
Step 9 – Draw a line connecting the bottom of the vertical lines to the bottom of the second step. This will be the fourth step of your staircase.
Step 10 – Continue drawing lines connecting the top and bottom of the vertical lines to the top and bottom of the steps until you have the desired number of steps. This will complete your staircase.
