In this post, I will show you how to draw a bed, I’ve included a video tutorial as well as written instructions so you can learn from scratch.

 How To Draw A Bed

Step 1 –  Gather all the necessary materials, such as a pencil, eraser, paper, and a ruler 

Step 2 –  Sketch a rectangle on the paper that will represent the bed 

Step 3 –  Lightly draw a few horizontal lines inside the rectangle to represent the mattress 

Step 4 –  Draw two rectangles at the bottom of the bed to represent the box spring 

Step 5 –  Add two vertical lines at the end of the bed to represent the legs of the bed 

Step 6  –  Add two more horizontal lines at the top of the bed that will represent the headboard 

Step 7 –  Add two more vertical lines at the top of the bed that will represent the posts of the headboard 

Step 8 –  Draw a few pillows at the top of the bed 

Step 9 –  Draw a few blanket folds on the mattress of the bed 

Step 10 –  Draw a few horizontal lines at the bottom of the bed to represent the bed frame 

Step 11 –   Draw a few vertical lines at the side of the bed frame to represent the slats 

Step 12 –  Draw a few circles at the top of the bed posts to represent the finials 

Step 13 –  Draw a few other decorative details such as buttons, tassels, or tufting at the headboard 

Step 14 –  Erase any unnecessary lines and refine the details of the bed 

Step 15 –  Color the bed if desired
